Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (DHCFT) was established on 1 February 2011 when Monitor, the Independent Regulator of NHS Foundation Trusts, authorised Derbyshire Mental Health Services NHS Trust to become a Foundation Trust. \r\n\r\nIn April 2011 we became the provider of Children’s Universal and Specialist Services for Derby city following a successful tender process. \r\n\r\nIn addition as part of the Transforming Community Services (TCS) programme, Community Paediatric Services and Substance Misuse Services from NHS Derby City were transferred into the organisation. \r\n\r\nWe are the largest provider of mental health, learning disabilities and substance misuse services in Derbyshire, primarily serving the people of Derbyshire and Derby city which has a combined population of approximately 1 million. \r\n\r\nWe have more than 2,400 staff who cover a range of services over 60 sites throughout the city and county. \r\n\r\nPlease visit our website for more information at www.derbyshirehealthcareft.nhs.ukDerbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Address
