Job One enhances the lives of adults with disabilities by providing a lifetime of meaningful employment choices. We do this through entrepreneurship and partnership with the business community. Our business services include commercial and industrial subcontracting, secure document destruction, recycling, custodial, mailroom and administrative/clerical. We also develop community employment opportunities for individuals. Job One was formed in 2011 by the merger of Foundation Workshop, Inc. (1975), and IBS Industries, Inc. (1967).
