Tampa Bay Wave is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that drives opportunity & prosperity in Tampa Bay by helping entrepreneurs build, launch, and grow breakout tech businesses. Wave’s nationally-recognized Accelerator programs provide tech entrepreneurs with the resources they need to scale their startups, including access to our 200+ mentors, 200+ investors, and exclusive events with key stakeholders in the tech community. In early 2018, Wave collaborated with The Nielsen Foundation to launch the TechDiversity Accelerator program, which is a 90-day program designed for early-stage tech companies 51% owned, controlled, and operated by a minority; woman; veteran or lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender person; or combination thereof. In addition to our accelerator programs, Wave hosts several specialty programs including the Women Entrepreneurs Forum, Veteran Entrepreneurs Forum, and Friends of Wave.
