Hillcroft Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides innovative services and supports to children with developmental delays and adults with disabilities. Hillcroft helps in three ways: with living, with jobs and with independence. With our broad range of services, we design a perfect program unique to each one of our clients. For 54 years, we have cultivated a philosophy of respect and individualism. We empower people to communicate, grow mentally and socially, gain life skills, live independently, earn an education, find and keep employment, enjoy leisure activities, and contribute to their communities economically and socially. In other words, we help them reach their full potential. We also strive to build awareness in our community and equip people with disabilities to advocate for their own rights. We believe every person has something valuable to contribute to society and has the right to independently choose how to contribute.
