The Company provides customers with a wide selection of furniture and accessories primarily in the middle to upper-middle price ranges. Havertys formed Havertys Credit Services Inc. to consolidate the credit approval, collections and credit customer relation functions. The Company also made available to its customers, beginning in late 2001, an additional program outsourced to a third-party finance company.
