Digital Media is a Key Account Operator for DIRECTV and is one of DIRECTVâ??s largest providers to the multifamily market. As a full service provider, Digital Media assumes complete responsibility for all technical and customer support to all of our properties. You will receive a personalized level of service to assist you with finding the best programming and data solutions to fit your residentsâ?? needs. Digital Media also has a complete service staff of project managers and technical engineers to provide system design, installation and maintenance of the satellite system, head-end and broadband system at each property. We work with property owners and all construction staff to ensure our technical designs fit the aesthetics of the building as well as the current infrastructure.
