Gem’s dispatching department employs cutting edge communications technology, utilizing computer-aided dispatch systems and state-of-the-art global positioning systems to ensure rapid and efficient dispatch of vehicles and crews. Currently, GEM services healthcare organizations throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware, providing our client facilities with the individualized attention of a small medical transportation provider, along with the resources of a large one.
