The NRAEF and its programs work to ATTRACT, EMPOWER and ADVANCE todayￃﾢ￢ﾂﾬ￢ﾄﾢs and tomorrowￃﾢ￢ﾂﾬ￢ﾄﾢs restaurant and foodservice workforce.
