About
Since it’s founding in 2004, Carrollton Enterprise Services has rapidly developed into a dynamic technology consulting firm, impacting major corporations and government agencies across the Gulf Coast. Responding immediately to the tragic consequences of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Chris Reade, CEO, and his team were integral to the creation and deployment of key technologies desperately needed by FEMA and the Louisiana Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP). Carrollton was also involved in long-term resiliency efforts, through programs such as the Road Home and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. Most recently, Chris was named Chief Technology Officer of the Deepwater Horizon Economic Claims Center (DHECC), the compensation management program resulting from the largest class action lawsuit in history. This relief program, with technology designed and overseen by the Carrollton team – will ultimately deliver more than $10 billion in recovery funds to Greater New Orleans residents and businesses. Carrollton transforms the way businesses and communities connect, communicate, and collaborate through the use of innovative technologies. Our goal is to create unprecedented value and opportunity for our clients, partners, and employees. The projects we pursue demonstrate our commitment to growing local economies and improving the quality of life in communities around the world.
