The RACER Trust is one of the largest holders of industrial property in the United States and is the largest environmental trust in U.S. history. We are responsible for conducting safe, effective environmental cleanups at approximately 60 locations.
The RACER Trust now owns more than 44 million square feet of industrial space in 66 buildings across 7,000 acres in 14 states, principally in the Midwest and Northeast.
RACER officials are working with local elected officials, community leaders and economic development organizations to understand the community's vision for the optimal re-use of each location.
