RDTTS was founded in 2005 based on industry demands for highly specialized, customer focused, Knowledge Management (KM) and Manpower Support Services. The President of RDTTS, Mr. David R. Working for such companies as LORAL Aerospace, Lockheed Martin and Communication Technologies as a government contracts Manager with oversight for contracts totaling over 300 million dollars.
