Spectrum coordinated with other Bristol-Myers Squibb partners to research locations and events for tour stops for the program's branded 35-foot Winnebago. Clinical trial investigators were media trained and onsite support was obtained from local AHA and ADA chapters. We hired local certified diabetes educators to assist with explaining screening results. Logos and other branded materials were designed to complement the look of the tour. We created and distributed flyers through retailers, religious organizations and community centers to generate participation at each tour stop. Spectrum produced city-specific media materials, including press releases, fact sheets, media kits, and a b-roll package.
