When Big Two founder Lon Hoeye (pictured above left) first started in the automobile industry in the 1930's, he believed in the philosophy that if you take care of a customer, they will take care of the business through loyalty and repeat business. This important business ethic has been the cornerstone upon which Big Two has evolved over the past eight decades, and it permeates throughout the entire family-owned and operated organization. Now led by Lon's son, Chris Hoeye (pictured above right), Big Two Toyota Scion of Chandler has created a distinctly unique experience which provides for award-winning customer service in both sales and service. From the moment a guest walks into the new 125,000 square foot facility, there is an immediate sense of friendliness, enjoyment, and accommodating warmth. Vehicles are displayed amongst five themed showroom areas. Guest consultation areas are open and airy. Three roomy customer lounges feature large screen TVs and comfortable seating. An accessories and parts boutique is conveniently located nearby.
