A mental health service organization serving residents of Cache, Rich, and Box Elder Counties in Utah for over four decades. Open to all individuals, regardless of age or ability to pay, who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Staff consists of mental health therapists, case managers, family resource facilitator/peer support specialists, physicians/nurse practitioners, nurses and medical assistants. Services are provided in a team approach and are also available to under/uninsured, individuals involved in the legal system, and all Medicaid eligible individuals. Treatment planning may include assessment, psychotherapy (individual/group/family), psychological testing, skills development, psycho-social rehabilitation, behavior management, case management, peer support, respite, medication management, residential/housing, drop-in centers, and more. A sliding fee schedule is available, as are interpretation services.
