Half-Way Home, Inc. incorporated in 1973 and opened for business in February of 1974. The original program's, 16 bed half-way house was for 16 adult men, referred from primary treatment.
The name changed to Harbor Hall in 1984 and became a long-term, residential treatment program for adult males and its capacity increased to 52 beds.
Over the past 40 years, Harbor Hall has evolved to provide a comprehensive array of affordable and effective services in the treatment of substance use disorders. It opened its first outpatient program in 1994 to serve male and female, adolescent through senior citizens.
Harbor Hall offers detoxification, long-term residential, two outpatient locations and sober living residences at CARF accredited facilities.
