ICE was established in 2005 and is headquartered in Columbia, SC with multiple offices across the state, as well as GA/NC/FL/TX/LA. Our company has grown to over 200 employees in 12 years to include: 66 Licensed Professionals (PE, RLS, LG & RLA), 8 engineers-in-training, more than 100 Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) staff (including managers), 8 ITS technicians, 2 geotechnical engineers, 4 environmental staff, and 1 landscape architect.
