CHIOC helps Orange County residents access health and social service programs by providing outreach, education, enrollment, and case management services to vulnerable populations. We strive to ensure that clients acquire, retain, and utilize community resources effectively. CHIOC has been providing the Community Health Access Program throughout Orange County for more than a decade.
