Brinco has been providing quality HVAC services to the New York Metropolitan area for over 35 years. Brinco has specialized in commercial HVAC service and design-build HVAC construction. While we service and install air conditioning systems for all sectors of the commercial market, the majority of our work has been for large retail chain stores. We presently service Barnes & Noble, Kinkos, Costco, Cole Vision, William Sonoma, Tommy Hilfiger, Godiva Chocolatier , REI and others in our local geographic area with our own technicians and nationally through our vendor network Brinco acts as national trouble-shooters and consultants as well as national HVAC equipment providers to multiple retail chains. The president of Brinco Mechanical is a mechanical engineer with 35 years of HVAC service and maintenance experience. Brinco is capable of providing a unique service with respect to evaluation of design, quality of completed construction, and possible cost savings on prototypes. Brinco does not accept compensation of any sort (including cooperative advertising fees) from our subcontractors. We feel strongly that this amounts to dual representation. We work for, and our loyalty is to the client. Brinco uses trained service professionals to review proposals and invoices. Brinco uses its local and national contacts to obtain replacement parts quickly when one of our subcontractors has difficulty locating parts. Brinco has a state-of the art integrated software system which allows us to operate effectively and efficiently. Every preventive maintenance visit is verified by an original work order with a store-stamp or manager\'s signature. All compressor replacement quotes are verified to make certain that equipment is not still guaranteed by the manufacturer. Brinco provides 24-hour service, 365 days a year.
