Committed to meeting the needs of Greater Cincinnati’s senior population, each year CASS serves more than 5,000 seniors to help them avoid nursing homes by eliminating barriers that prevent them from keeping their independence. Today, CASS is Greater Cincinnati’s recognized leader in meeting the needs of seniors.
CASS is a non-profit that provides essential services for seniors: a home-delivered meal that includes a check on their well-being; transportation to the grocery store, a doctor’s appointment, the local senior center, or group outing. Additionally we coordinate social and educational programs and serve onsite meals at our Over-the-Rhine Senior Center and ten community meal sites; we offer financial management for seniors unable to handle their finances or who are being exploited financially; and a Guardianship Assistance Program for seniors in nursing homes who have no family to oversee their care.
Senior Care Coordination (SCC) is an extension of services CASS provides. A Senior Care Coordinator meets the needs of aging adults to give them relief from navigating aging services, providing them with a peace of mind and relief by speaking up for them, asking the right questions, and ensuring a high quality of care for any service they may need.
What SCC does for Seniors?
• Coordinates life transitions planning
• Navigates Medicare and other long term insurance options
• Expands choices and offer wider alternatives for preferred care
• Improves client knowledge to manage and fund care options
• Increases financial security and fraud protection

• Provides Guardianship and Power of Attorney Services
• Serves as Trustee if needed
The program is a private pay model. Fees are monthly or per hour, determined during assessment process. Please contact us at Tcollins@cassdelivers.org or 513-559-4483
