Bluegrass Dairy and Food is an internationally-recognized provider of specialty dairy ingredients and powders. Catering exclusively to large-scale food manufacturers, Bluegrass is a one-stop shop for any companies seeking top-notch dehydrated dairy products such as milk, cream, butter, cheese, and more. Established in 1995 by founders Billy Joe and Debbie Williams, Bluegrass Dairy and Food has the positivity and friendliness of a family business. After showing considerable success in its early years, the company was acquired by the capital investment firm Dubilier. Since then, it has grown in name and size; Bluegrass now has two main branches and conducts business with both domestic and internationally-based clients. That said, despite its growth into a large-scale enterprise, Bluegrass still holds its early values as a family-run business, priding itself both on its stellar customer service and positive company culture. We understand that without the care and effort of our employees, we would be unable to provide the top-caliber customer service and quality products that our customers expect. Thus, Bluegrass makes it a point to celebrate company-wide wins, and to thank our employees for their dedication via company-wide events and trips. At Bluegrass Dairy and Food, we go above and beyond to meet our customers' diverse needs. Our standard offerings provide options for every flavor and texture need, and we have the means to further customize our base products and exactly match or exceed a competitor's flavors. We consider taste innovation and development to be a necessary part of our process. As such, we always put in the time to work directly with the customer until they are pleased with the product we deliver. Our advanced drying technology assists us in achieving this goal; our pilot dryer allows us to offer small product batches for the client to evaluate during the creation stage, without the added hassle or expense of a full-fledged product run. We also currently offer box, tower, roller and rotary drying, as well as extensive dry or liquid blending capabilities. While Bluegrass Dairy and Food does not offer its products for retail sale, its cheesemakers have been recognized for the high quality of their full-moisture products on numerous occasions by judges at regional, national, and international fairs. While specialize in making Cheddar, Parmesan, and Romano cheeses, we don't limit ourselves to a few variations; if our clients need blue, Swiss, Asiago, or any other variation of cheese, we can fill their order and exceed expectations. Bluegrass Dairy and Food offers a large selection of dairy products in addition to its cheeses, including but not limited to: cream powders, butter powders, creamers and shortening powders, and specialty powders.
