COVR is a cloud-based, labor management system built for skilled nursing facilities by skilled nursing owners and operators. We’ve been in the industry for decades and understand all of the nuances of maintaining a proper level of care, all while saving money and keeping within a budget. In the Long-Term Care market, facilities are required to meticulously manage their labor force to meet required and/or necessary daily care hours by type (nursing, dietary, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, social services, health information and administrative services). Our Solution – COVR greatly enhances any facilities’ daily ability to get the right number of employees for every shift, for every hour of the day. COVR has a desktop management console that directly interacts with two companion Smart Phone apps for management and for the employees of each long-term care facility.
