Bass Cat Boats is the premier fiberglass bass boat manufacturer located in Mountain Home, Arkansas. The company was founded by the Pierce family in 1971. In 2011 Yar-Craft joined the Bass Cat family with the Pierce’s acquiring the line from the Suthers family and extending that tradition, started by Jack Dallman in 1969.
