one•n•ten was founded in 1993. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to serving and assisting lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth ages 14-24 years old. We provide youth with tools to improve self-esteem and acceptance of who they are. OUR VISION: one•n•ten envisions a world where all LGBTQ youth and young adults are embraced for who they are, actively engaged in their communities, and empowered to lead.
