Illini Solar Car is a student-team at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. We leverage the diverse skills of students from 21+ majors in 3 colleges (Engineering, Business, and Liberal Arts and Sciences) to design, build, and race solar electric vehicles in international competitions. Founded in 2014, the team has completed one vehicle, "Argo," and took part in the 2017 Bridgestone World Solar Challenge.
