Homemade Cooking teaches our Members to cook quick & easy meals in order to lose weight and transform their health - without dieting or deprivation. Homemade Cooking was founded in 2013 by Stanford Graduates, Anna Rakoczy & Dr Chloe Chien. We have helped over +1,000 Members cook over 60,000 meals and worked with organizations like Google, Hewlett Packard, Stanford University and Stanford Hospitals. And 7 medical clinics have even referred patients to us because our approach is so simple - and it works! We offer a 10-week online transformational cooking program called Life-Changing Cooking. Our program provides you with everything you need to learn to cook quick & easy meals in order to transform your health & lose weight for life- without dieting! You will learn a new cooking skill each week, receive custom recipes. Each week you will also receive a unique Mindset piece that transforms your relationship with your food and your eating to one based on Nourishment & Satisfaction. We offer a vibrant online community of Members just like you going through the program with you - and online coaching included.
