We understand that everyone's needs are different, our care packages can be tailored to whatever suits you best; from care around the clock, seven days a week to just a couple of hours a day for a short period of time. Located across England and Wales, our clients have a wide range of needs and we provide comprehensive nurse-led care packages for many highly complex and socially challenging patients. Our nurse-led team is available 24-hours a day and has extensive experience in providing skilled nurses across a wide range of grades and specialties, quickly and effectively. As an established, CQC registered care provider, we have a proven track record in preventing hospital admissions, even with many of our long term clients being full ventilated. Through a combination of regional and local based staff, we are able set up packages throughout England and Wales. Our field based nurses regularly meet with commissioners, Local health boards, social services, case managers, agency workers, clients and their families. With compassion, integrity and dedication, our care teams will empower individuals to achieve their personal aspirations, as well as providing care tailored to their needs.
