About
Changing Sport, Changing Lives, Changing Communities. \r\n\r\nStreetGames launched in 2007 and works with over 600 community-focussed organisations across the UK, taking sport to the doorstep of young people living in some of the nation’s most disadvantaged areas.\r\n\r\nEach StreetGames project delivers a vibrant and varied sporting offer for their young participants. Their years of experience and the industry leading research and insight they have undertaken ensure that each project is delivered at the right time, in the right place, at the right price and in the right style. \r\n\r\nThrough their award winning Us Girls programme StreetGames has helped thousands of girls and young women get into sport, and their recently piloted CLUB1 programme is revolutionising the way sports projects think about solo-sports and fitness activities for young people.\r\n\r\nYouth leadership is at the heart of all StreetGames’ work, with Young Advisors playing a key role in developing and delivering StreetGames’ projects. The StreetGames Young Volunteers programme provides the leaders of tomorrow with quality support and professional development opportunities. \r\n \r\n\r\nTo find out more about StreetGames please click here\r\n\r\nStreetGames is registered as a charity with the Charity Commission (registered charity number 1113542) and as a company limited by guarantee with the Registrar of Companies (registered company number 5384487).
