Labor & Industry for Education, Inc. (LIFE) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit social services agency, that has providing an array of services to communities across New York for over 30 years. - LIFE is the Trustee of Medicaid pooled income and asset trusts. The trust is an excellent solution for individuals who qualify for Medicaid medically, but have too much income or resources to qualify financially. The trust can shelter the income so that the individual remains Medicaid-eligible, and disbursements can be made from the trust to cover a wide range of the individual's personal expenses.
