Malone's CNC Machining Inc. is a manufacturer of military aircraft parts and assemblies. As the company name indicates, Malone’s roots are firmly based in CNC machining with capabilities extending into a vast variety of aircraft parts and assemblies manufactured from various materials that utilize numerous manufacturing processes. This versatility allows Malone’s CNC Machining to maintain the highest volume of active government contracts in the state of Oklahoma.
Donald E Malone founded Malone’s CNC Machining in early 1982. From its beginning, Malone’s CNC has produced aircraft parts and assemblies for the U.S. government with its original focus on B-52, KC-135, and EC-3 spares.
Originally located in Upland California, in a 3000 Sq. ft. indusÂtrial building shared with mentor and former partner Raymond Duncan (dba Duncan Models). Malone’s CNC Machining grew as it took on challenging projects, and in late 1992 relocated to its current location in Grove, Oklahoma. Malone’s current location is in an approximately 20,000 sq. ft. building (16,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing area and 4,000 sq. ft. of office area). Malone’s also has 8,000 sq. ft. of off-site warehouse space. Prior to the passing of Raymond Duncan in 2008, Malone’s CNC Machining, Inc. acquired Duncan Models.
Malone’s CNC incorporated in 1998 and has since expanded its facility and now employs approximately 40 people and ranked among the top ten manufacturing employers in the Grove area.
Malone’s CNC Machining, Inc. currently manufactures thousands of various components and assemblies, shipping the highest volume of government contracts in the state of Oklahoma, and maintains approximately 300 active contracts year round.
