About
The REJIS Commission (Regional Justice Information Service) is a quasi-government entity created to provide information technology products and services to criminal justice and government agencies. REJIS was founded in 1976 under a cooperative agreement between St. Louis City and St. Louis County. REJIS is located in the city of St. Louis and currently employs over 140 people, mostly in high tech jobs. About 130 of our staff are assigned to our main office with the remaining personnel assigned to our larger customer sites. We operate a training facility at the main office that services over 3,000 customers each year. The REJIS Commission is a seven member board appointed by the Mayor of the City of St. Louis and the St. Louis County Executive. Commissioners are responsible for overall policy and direction of REJIS. REJIS' General Manager, who is responsible for the day to day operations of REJIS, reports to the Board. REJIS has about 250 criminal justice and government customers that represent a myriad of public sector agencies. Our customers are our partners, and we strive to serve them as a trusted advisor and continually focus on finding solutions for their challenges or problems.
