Mission Matters Group was founded in 2011 for one purpose – to help our clients harness the power of technology in support of their unique mission. The founding partners recognized that most non-profit organizations were drowning in an ever increasing pool of data being collected from program services, donor activities, events, volunteers, case management, etc. - while at the same time struggling to meet more stringent reporting requirements, learn from the data being collected and ultimately evaluate their own performance.
In addition, we knew that many of these same organizations were wrestling with their traditional IT infrastructure including increasing costs and outages, support issues, software licensing and version control, etc. – taking time and resources away from service delivery.
Based on years of combined experience in information systems, cloud computing, non-profit management and process improvement we understand technology, but more importantly we understand that technology is just part of the equation and only a tool that should be working for the organization-not the other way around.
Strategy, process and people are critical parts of the equation and MMG methodology walks our clients through a process to ensure there is alignment between all three components before the “technology†part of the solution is designed and implemented.
