Tigua, Inc., home to the business holding company for the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo a federally recognized Indian Tribe located in El Paso, Texas. Tigua, Inc. and our subsidiaries are committed to providing superior services and quality products through highly committed leadership worldwide. Tigua Inc. was established as a holding company in order to manage and grow the Pueblo’s business enterprises and to foster new economic development opportunities for the Tigua Tribal Nation. Tigua Inc and all of our Subsidiary Companies qualify for the Indian Incentive Program as shown below. The Indian Incentive Program (IIP) is a congressionally sponsored program that provides a 5% rebate back to the prime contractor on the total amount subcontracted to an Indian-Owned Economic Enterprise or Indian Organization, in accordance with DFARS Clause 252.226-7001. Through the generation of subcontracts to India-Owned Economic Enterprise or Indian Organizations, the IIP fulfills its purpose as an economic multiplier for Native American communities. Department of Defense (DoD) prime contractors, regardless of size of contract, that contain the above referenced clause(s) are eligible for incentive payments
