Family Pathways is a multi-service agency serving local communities in East Central Minnesota and Polk County, Wisconsin. We are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization with 38 years of experience developing supportive, caring relationships that help people meet their basic needs. With strong leadership and collaborative connections, we create strategies to help our rural communities deal with issues of poverty and instability.
Programming includes: Hunger Relief Services, comprised of 9 food shelves and a mobile food unit; Youth Programs, which operates Teen Centers (Forest Lake, North Branch, and Princeton) serving youth with structured activities drawing upon the benefits of mentor relationships; Aging Services that serves older adults through companionship, advocacy, education and caregiver support; and The Refuge Network (Domestic Violence Services) that provides comprehensive assistance to victims of family violence and sexual assault.
