The client’s story must be told in a voice that will be credible and relevant to key stakeholders, whether they are customers, partners, investors, regulators or employees. We build our strategies and stories on words and concepts, some of which may be intangible. But the metrics for our mutual success are fully tangible. We deliver quantifiable results that demonstrate how our communications efforts have helped the client conduct its business more successfully. This takes different forms for different clients. It might mean increasing in-store sales by 40 percent in target markets, generating key trade coverage that secures the next round of financing or seals a strategic partnership, or handling a downsizing in a manner that preserves a company’s good reputation with its employees, investors and customers.
