Founded in 1838, Judson College is one of the oldest women's colleges in the United States. Judson College is an independent arts and sciences college that is affiliated with the Alabama Baptist Convention. The college offers bachelor's degrees in over 40 courses of study, an Associate Degree in Nursing, and various pre-professional programs, such as medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, physical therapy, law and engineering.
