Corvino Supper Club and Tasting Room is a privately owned restaurant based in
Kansas City, Missouri, opened in March 2017. It will be located in the historic Corrigan Station in the heart of the Crossroads Arts District. It is led by Chef/Owner Michael Corvino, previously of The American in Kansas City, the Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, and The Nines in Portland. The 80-seat Supper Club will serve approachable, contemporary American shared plates with seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms, and niche purveyors abroad. The secluded 16-seat Tasting Room will offer multi-course tasting menus showcasing Chef Corvino’s focus on ingredient and technique driven dishes with a view into the kitchen. Private dining rooms can accommodate 12-50 guests. Designed by Hufft Projects, the 5,320 square foot space highlights the original concrete columns that reach up to the 16’ ceilings, with a modern, dramatic interior.
