Since 1989, The Focal Point has worked with many of this country's most influential trial lawyers in cases throughout the United States. The Focal Point has a successful record of making all forms of courtroom presentations more persuasive by making these cases easier for judges and jurors to understand. We work with our clients to develop case theories and themes that lead to persuasive graphics and other tools that impact and influence decision makers. The Focal Point has worked on well over 1,000 civil and criminal cases, including many high profile disputes, that have dealt with every conceivable topic. The Focal Point serves a nationwide client base from our offices in Oakland, California in the historic Jack London Square and in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Focal Point works with lawyers to develop trial graphics that convey information in an organized, clear, and convincing manner. We use the process of creating trial graphics as a way to encourage lawyers to step back, re-evaluate what is really important about their case, and simplify their courtroom presentations.
