We provide outreach to multi-ethnic, special-needs populations and caregivers of older adults. Through direct services, we help adults age 60 and over, and their caregivers, obtain services needed to help older adults remain in their own homes as long as possible. We provide benefits counseling services to those 60 and above, as well as to those who are otherwise eligible for Medicare.
