King David Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 271-bed, state-of-the-art residential care facility that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. At King David Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, we seek to provide our residents with a comfortable setting so that they can concentrate on regaining their strength and independence, empowering them to continue enjoying fruitful lives with their families and friends. Our dedicated staff prepares individualized plans of care that address the total need of the resident emphasizing their specific needs and concerns. You can be assured that your loved one will receive that special personal touch so essential for their recovery. Our Treat-in-Place care model delivers the best care available through an integrated care management program that provides comprehensive health services within our center. Further, our state-of-the-art equipment enables you to achieve a greater outcome and faster recovery. Our Center offers large private and semi-private rooms and many comforts that create a homelike atmosphere. We provide our residents with complimentary television sets and telephone services as well as a unit computer terminal. Our residents enjoy three home-cooked meals served daily. Residents are able to take advantage of the numerous activities and events which take place on a regular basis at the King David Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation.
