TriageNow is here to assist both the employer and the employee when a workplace injury occurs. We are a 24/7 telephonic nurse triage call center, with all RNs direct employees of our company. We are located in Phoenix, AZ but service clients nationwide Our Registered Nurses guide injured employees to the appropriate level of care with a simple phone call to a dedicated toll free number. The injured employee may receive First Aid or Self Care as a disposition, or be referred to a clinic in the area for care. The employer will be outsourcing the liability of making medical decisions for their employees, and enabling the employee to speak directly to a medical professional for their injury. At the end of the call, the employer will receive all documentation necessary for the incident/injury, including an Incident Report, and if applicable, a FROI and Provider Notice. Our goal is to keep every involved in the workplace injury process informed as soon as possible. While our technology offers are industry-leading, the heart of what we offer is our Military Triage approach to dealing with workplace injuries. This allows us to provide a 40% Self Care rate for our entire client base, and also a 1.6% ER referral rate, BY FAR the lowest in the industry. Contact us to learn more!
