Together, they invested a total of $11.4 billion dollars to form a Joint Venture company called BlueOval SK. By utilizing SK On’s battery technology the company aspires to make the world’s most safe and dependable electric vehicle (EV) batteries for the Ford and Lincoln brands.\n\n \n\nThe partnership is building three EV battery plants.
