Bell Technology Solutions Mission Statement is to install, oversee and maintain a client’s computer hardware and software, or any part thereof, so that our clients have seamless, continuous support of all their operations. Results and success are of the highest standards.
We:
• Work with each client to identify needs
• Establish specifics either working with IT Manager or, in some instances, assuming role of IT manager
• Assign select staff members including Relationship Manager and Technical Support, matching both technical needs and client personalities with our staff
• Plan, oversee and maintain all new and existing software and hardware as dictated by client needs
• Ensure smooth and seamless transition to any new staff, system, hardware and software
• Provide clients with overview and technical documentation
• Available 24 hours a day, everyday, supporting all hardware and software installed at the client and delegated to our company
• Ensure client has continual access to all their systems, critical to their successful business
Our client base has more than doubled every five years along with our staff. Once we get a client, we keep a client. We are perfectionists, have an excellent reputation in all industries including health care, legal and entertainment. For us, the client is always first!
