The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) is a nonprofit membership organization founded in 1827. PHS connects people with horticulture, and together we create beautiful, healthy and sustainable communities.
PHS produces the annual Philadelphia Flower Show, a tradition dating back to 1829 that attracts approximately 250,000 visitors each year and has a $61 million economic impact on the region. Revenue from the Flower Show supports PHS's urban greening initiatives, including PHS City Harvest and the Plant One Million tree campaign.
