The Woodbridge Village Association (WVA) is a private homeowners association and master-planned community located in the City of Irvine, California. There are nearly 9,600 homes within Woodbridge, for an overall population of approximately 30,000 residents. The Association was founded in 1976 as a mutual benefit, non-profit corporation.
The Association encompasses 1,700 acres and features 41 recreational facilities including 2 landmark lakes spanned by wood footbridges (from which Woodbridge bears its name), 22 pools, 16 spas, 2 beach lagoons (with boat docks), 24 tennis courts, a big wheel park, a fitness course and much more. The Association also has a first class, comprehensive recreation program offering classes, programs, excursions and events for all residents.
