Founded in 1991, NQR offers a unique perspective to its clients on service quality performance. NQR's partners and staff specialize in performance measurement, quality assessment, training, survey design, and statistical reporting. NQR has a staff of 70 financial service professionals with backgrounds in load and no-load mutual funds, insurance, and variable annuity operations. The staff has an average of over 15 years experience in financial services. Many of the individuals have earned Series 6, 63, or 7 licenses. NQR employees have consulted or worked for many of the industry's leading financial companies, including Fidelity Investments, Mass Mutual, Putnam Investments, Pioneer Funds, American Express, and Scudder Investments. The three founding partners of NQR are David Driskill, Doug Fortin, and Joe Watts. David, Doug, and Joe had each worked in the financial service industry for almost two decades. Joe retired at the end of 2006.
