According to Harvard Business School, Specialisterne USA is the "Gold Standard of Neurodiversity". We should be--we started the Autism At Work movement back in 2004, and have accolades across the globe, including our collaboration with The United Nations for Autism Awareness Day. Specialisterne is a registered not for profit which started Microsoft, SAP, JPMorgan Chase, Bloomberg and countless other's Autism At Work pilot programs across the USA. We are totally mission driven and are working to ensure that 100,000 autistic people in the USA are employed in meaningful jobs before 2030! To achieve this, we work "To educate stakeholders in talent and career development for neurodiverse people through innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing." To fulfill our mission we have shared our knowledge with corporations, registered not for profits and for profits all trying their best to bring neurodiversity to work. As companies realize the benefit of the Autistic Talent Pool, or as we coined, the Autism Advantage, many organizations have sprung up to develop autism at work programs. This is really exciting for us as our goal is 100,000 autistic people in meaningful jobs--and we know we can't do this alone! But please be aware of impostors. Many organizations say they are affiliated, partnered, have national contracts, or even helped develop the program with Specialisterne. The vast majority of these statements are not true. We are working on a Specialisterne validation to clear this up for the end user however, in the meantime, for a list of our official partnerships, please visit https://specialisterneusa.com/partnerships. Many autism at work programs are posing as non profit, but are actually for profit, or worse, charge the candidates a fee.
