We establish strategic business plans with our owners based on their goals, and we advise them of trends and potential opportunities. We provide our residential staff with extensive, ongoing training in various aspects of property management, marketing, and maintenance through our Ray Stone Academy. We improve net operating income by maximizing rent growth, reviewing and negotiating "win-win" contracts with vendors, and finding ancillary income opportunities. We utilize MRI property management software to provide flexibility and consistency to meet the financial reporting needs of our clients. Ray Stone Incorporated's residential portfolio includes conventional and subsidized multifamily and active senior living properties. Our team has experience in bond-financed reporting criteria, HUD subsidy submittal requirements, and congregate care management.
