Mr. Johnson specializes in the sale, leasing and development of new facilities for growing companies in the Coachella Valley. His last six years have been spent developing new commercial properties in Indian Wells, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Indio and Thousand Palms, and he has recently completed the Desert Golf Business Park, the Coachella Valley's first master-planned business park specifically designed for golf industry manufacturers and distributors. The Desert Golf Business Park is now home to more than twenty-one new companies in sixteen new facilities built in just the last two years. Wilson Johnson has adopted a marketing strategy that incorporates new technology along with traditional and proven methods.
