Perhaps this is why through the tremendous evolutions and upheavals in the publishing industry, many of our first clients are still with us today. And why we continue to grow. Stability and continuity are evident throughout C&W, with Diane as our CEO today and an average employee tenure of 9+ years. Our roots and commitment to our community (in beautiful Rockland County just 45 minutes north of mid-town Manhattan) run deep. We continue to provide work opportunities to our local BOCES students (Boards of Cooperative Educational Services) going on now for more than 15 years.
