We can get involved in different types of complaints including those relating to wills and probate issues, divorce, child contact arrangements, personal injury, accident management services, a personal injury claim, mis-sold investment or pension, and buying or selling a house. We also help legal service providers and claims management companies improve their complaint handling through professional courses and feedback to the industry.
